Shipping and Returns
Typical order processing can take between 1-2 business days, although we try our best to ship same-day, Monday through Friday.
* Please note that once your order has shipped from Fragrance of Heaven's warehouse, we are unable to change the shipping address or reroute the package. Fragrance of Heaven relinquishes responsibility to replace or refund orders submitted with incorrect information.
U.S.A.: For orders delivered within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, the following shipping methods are available: Standard Shipping (5-7 business days), Express Shipping (3-5 business days) and Priority Shipping (1-3 business day). Please select the option that is best for you at checkout.
You can track your order by following the tracking link we send via email when your package ships. Please email us directly with any questions/concerns about your package, you may email us through the contact form on our polices page.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take additional time (3-5 business days) to arrive. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions *unless perspicuously mentioned.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are permitted.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you have received a damaged item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org please include the following:
